The News Star recently had an interesting article about a grandparent serving as a nanny.

The article, in short, says that it can be work but that expectations and routines should be properly set.  Very true.  Although not necessary, it may be helpful to also put in place a good nanny contract.

It may seem odd to have a nanny work agreement with a parent, but it can help avoid disputes and ensure that issues of nanny care are properly addressed.
